Been using bitwarden for years, but the last update has left me questioning whether I will renew next year. The new UI is absolutely terrible. If you insist on using this new layout, please include an option for those of us who want it to restore the functional UI

New update makes UI/UX really bad. Form filling stopped working altogether. Please bring back form filling and remove clutter and too many options from UI

My favorite app and extension. But please, restore the previous UI — it was soo much better and intuitive.

Bad UI and UX after new update. New design wastes too much space, it takes more clicks to achieve the same objectives, muscle memory from years of use is completely destroyed. I feel the design enforces a single type of user's preferences and disregards the rest as can be seen by the hugely negative feedback on here and reddit.

Would be 4 or 5 stars but the recent UI changes made it slower to use (more clicks) which for a tool you use a lot makes zero sense.

You broke it. Never NEVER do form over function for critical systems like password management. There is not even any improvements I have noticed just different. At a minimum change the fill to not be a tiny stupid button but the whole login card and make edit be the little button if anything.

Decent on desktop, basically broken on android. I wanted to try out a more secure way of storing my passwords, but Bitwarden is inconvenient to use.

New design is not good.

Well, I'm giving five stars back. It turns out, there was a way to disable this tiny "fill" button. Thanks for the answer, Bitwarden team! The design is still not that clean and slick as it was even with "compact mode" on, but I guess it's what we are stuck at the moment. All in all, here are your 5 stars!

Lay out is ugly and very 'DOS 1990', but as far as I can judge now, system as such is safe.

Give us the old UI that doesn't SUCK back.

updated few days ago... they add fill button, if you click the row dont autofill anymore its entering edit mode!, Why Bitwarden? now have to aim that tiny fill button? i dont undertand why you did that.

The new redesign sucks. An extra click now to copy the same details? What was wrong with it before? At least the search sucks slightly less, I mean, sooo intuitive to type ">+word +secondword" to get the right item to the top of the list instead of just "word secondword"

The redesign pissed me off with the new fill button functionality. I edit things once in a while, and fill fields every day multiple times. The default behavior should be to fill when clicking, and have an edit button.

The old Firefox extension was great. Snappy response, loaded right away, loaded in fields right away.
The new extension is slow on everything. It frustrates every single time you need a password, which for many people can be up to 100 times per day, that's 100 frustrating moments per day caused by your new version.
Fix the slow behaviour or bring back the old version or you will simply lose paying customers.

Loved Bitwarden since August 2016 and have been a subscriber and evangelist, but the new UI is atrociously bad. Too much empty space, giant text, enormous icons, and completely changed all workflows. The "Compact Mode" is still horrifically large. Waiting to see if they can salvage anything over the next few months, but I will be canceling my subscription and switching to Proton Pass if the Bitwarden UI remains anything at all like this redesign, as it is frustratingly inefficient.

Works terrible on android device, can't exit vault to get back to regular tabs, none buttons works for the extension on external sites.
