Sidebar does not load so not much use. Works in Chrome. Blockers disabled.

I can't get the bugherd sidebar to show. It seems to work fine in Edge/Chrome. Does this extension work in Firefox? Are there extensions it's incompatible with? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
