Great add-on for scientists, researchers and writers. It detects the citations and in one click imports it into your library. REALLY TIME SAVING.

Citavi Picker is really useful to quickly add a reference by clicking a doi link. However, there is an issue with character encoding in the add-on itself. My browser is in French and Citavi Picker is thus also displayed in french. Latin-extended characters are badly rendered, I get things like "Si un article de journal avec le même nom DOI existe déjà dans le projet actuel, la référence s'affiche directement en cliquant sur l'icône Picker." instead of "Si un article de journal avec le même nom DOI existe déjà dans le projet actuel, la référence s'affiche directement en cliquant sur l'icône Picker."

It gets stuck on a permanent loading state with the text saying "Importing reference(s) to Current desktop project.
Reference is added properly, but the image quotation is not added.

I like the add-on for allowing to conveniently add literature to the Citavi database.

Recently I encountered that the AddOn slows down a particular website: Threema Web (https://web.threema.ch).
Probably you should investigate the issue. Firefox prompts the user to "temporarily disable" the addon for this website. After doing that, Threema Web works again.

Version 2020.7.27.7 does not work with Firefox 79 and Citavi 5.7.1.0. I had to downgrade to version 2020.5.6.8.

Citavi ist ein sehr nützliches Tool für das Lesen, Verwalten und Zitieren von akademischen Arbeiten.
Der Picker funktioniert bei mir zufriedenstellend in Firefox. Hier und da muß noch etwas nachgebessert werden, deshalb gabs keine 5 Sterne.

benutzt es in Kombination mit Sophos und betagte Rechner gehen in die Knie, was auch immer dieses Addon so tut im Hintergrund mit XXX Prozess-Instanzen...
