Your searches on Jisho.org are saved on Context.Reviews for you to later use as the source of words and their containing context sentences which are automatically matched with Jisho.org’s definitions.

The Context.Reviews extension securely sends your Jisho.org search terms to the Context.Reviews server (https://context.reviews), for your own personal use in the creation of flash cards. Your searches are tied to your active Context.Reviews login and no other data is collected or stored.

Text from your saved searches are only shared with Jisho.org when and if you make any definition search on Context.Reviews (either searching in the search field, or highlighting a word in the phrase list or export page). The definition requests are made by the Context.Reviews server without any information beyond the search terms tying the search to you.
