Dictionriez collects data in the following ways:

• Word Lookups: When you look up a word on a webpage, the word and the webpage URL are stored locally in the extension for providing the service. You can disable this history feature in the settings.
  
• Settings Storage: Your preferences are stored locally in your browser.
  
• Clipboard Access: If you enable the "read clipboard" feature, the extension will access clipboard content for word lookups.
  
• Tab URL: If you click on the watch-on-captionz button on youtube, the extension will access the URL of the current tab and send it to captionz server for proccessing. You can disable the button in the settings.
  

Your search history and settings are stored locally and synchronized using your browser's built-in sync service. We do not transmit your data to our servers or share it with third parties.
