Small bug fixes for URL matching.

100x speedup in the matchpattern testing when changing tab. This was previously taking ~1000ms in Firefox, now down to ~10ms.

Big overhaul of language handling, including i18n internationalisation of the interface (so far just for en,de,he), and better support for all content languages including right-to-left scripts.

replaced bootstrap.min.js and jquery.min.js with latest versions

Scoring and filtering of duplicates in the dropbox, to ideally find the single best formatter URL, and show where the third party URLs are coming from.
