TO THOSE GETTING "FIX ALL ERRORS" !

You have to press enter after filling out the "with" column.
It will then add your replace as a row and you will see a new row below it.
you should then be able to click apply/ok.

Works great, as far as I can tell. using to modify html on page load. Thanks!
