2 issues;
-Unfocused tabs can be difficult to read, due to the lack of contrast provided by the background beneath white text
-The pattern seems to be mirrored, to make this design better, I would personally have the design fade away at around the half way mark & move the whole image over to the right a little bit.

For the unfocused tabs I will try but moving the background to the right implies using multiple programs. I don't want to disrupt everything...
