    Ghostery is NOT blocking all ads. Also, I have to turn it off to download something.

    bonjour je l,avais au paravent sur mon pc et je n,avait pas de souci de ralentissement depuis lors je suis envahi
    par une multitude pub et de mouchards raison pour laquelle j,ai décidé de réinstaller ghostery

    Does not follow "privacy by default", but requiers one opt-out to avoid one's data to be sold to third parties.

    Ghostery does not sell user data. The Human Web, which you can choose to opt in or out of, is an open source technology built by our parent company Cliqz, that provides anonymous group data to help create and improve the browser security features we provide.     It works great! Pretty easy to choose what sites you want to restrict, or even what specific advertising companies you want to block. So far it does everything I need.

    This Addon is bought by a data-company (see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghostery#Criticism ).
    Don't trust it anymore!
    I would better recommend installing uBlock, who is made by a free person, is open-source (everybody can read and change the code) and does not sell its users data.

    (I'm sorry for any mistakes, I'm german and just want to warn you)
