If you use Gmail's previously mentioned Mail Fetcher tool to grab email from other POP3-enabled email accounts, you may have noticed that it sometimes checks for new mail on very slow.

With Gmail POP3 auto refresh, you can refresh unlimited POP3 email accounts with a frequency as one minute for free.

Easy to use: Open Gmail on https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/accounts and the extension automatically refresh pop3 emails. Just leave this page open and open a new one to display your emails which will finally be up to date!
