A number of (significant) bug fixes and a couple of new features - especially:
- `aliasing` user names
- adding notes to the class

Made changes so that my extension still displays properly when other extension include obnoxious CSS libraries
Fixed a logic flaw in the way that default values were set on the Settings tab
Fixed a regex in the names matching code to prevent false hits

Remove option to turn monitoring on/off... it is always on now.
