Sorry, I have restricted the permissions as much as possible. I originally had it set as you're requesting, but that blocked users from other countries and applications (read: subdomains such as scholar.google) from using the extension. The extension stops processing unless html[itemtype="http://schema.org/SearchResultsPage"] or .gs_r is present (scholar). However, if you would like, you are free to review and build the extension yourself. The source code is available publicly here:
