Now it only shows me, that I have done something wrong, but doesn't show me that.
For a non English Native, it helped me a year prior, but not anymore. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 18675544,15 天前

I do use it when I want to be taken seriously, like when I complain to my congressperson about some bone-headed thing they did or didn't do.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but the issues persist. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability once they’ve debited your account for the yearly subscription fee.
Getting real human support is almost impossible—you're just redirected to "try this" or peer-help forums, which offer no real solutions. It feels like once they've taken your payment, they’re no longer concerned about providing proper service.
Even when Grammarly was working, it had inconsistencies—if I copied and pasted text between programs, the corrections would often differ. For a service that’s supposed to ensure clarity, they really need to take more responsibility for their own performance.
