Slows my computer down and I want to uninstall the add-on. I'd rather have the errors.

It will still show the green G icon at the bottom and give you a red icon when there are errors, but it won't work for live editing. I would need to open the designated editing field every time I want to check for errors and that is quite inconvenient. I tried to find a way to submit a big report, but Grammarly doesn't seem to have a good way to do it. I have to use Grammarly for work, so I need to switch to Chrome. As soon as this is fixed, I will go back to Firefox because other than that it works fine. This is just a deal breaker for me and until they figure it out it shouldn't be used in a professional field of any sort due to unreliability.
- Straight up DOES NOTHING on Firefox Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-02-24) (Hasn't worked before this version either)
When I click the icon it always says "Grammarly is active, but
key features are missing" and prompts to sign in. When I click on sign in it just opens the Grammarly page showing that I AM signed in.
That is the only place where it works.
Update:
Still the case on Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-12) (32-bit).
The grammarly icon on text fields is there, but it never seems to figure anything out. Trying to sign in via that icon doesn't work either. After putting in my login details and pressing "login" the button gets a spinning loading icon that spins for a while then stops. Nothing happens.
I'll be using "LanguageTool" instead. At least that works. - 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 13813295, 7 年前This has always worked really well in Chrome, but there seems to be a breaking bug in Firefox that just makes all text entry hang.

Plus, even with a gaming desktop, the corrections show up later and conflict with existing red lines, making it sort of redundant. Always seems to be popping up in my face and forgetting my preferences. Annoyingly showing on EVERY youtube video I watch. O_o

- 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 13679350, 8 年前This software is a piece of crap. It selects a word it thinks is misspelled and will NOT allow you to manually re-position your cursor. Meanwhile you keep typing thinking the cursor is where you last put it, and then find that Grammarly has completely jumbled and rearranged what you typed cuz it re-inserted the cursor where it chose. Like I said, it's junk. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because I couldn't give it zero stars, or better yet, minus stars. Also, I can't uninstall it by navigating from my Control Panel, cuz it doesn't even show up there under Programs and Features. Which I'm guessing is a problem that Mozilla has created; why would you do something silly like that? Don't you folks comprehend that that is typical virus behavior? Do you WANT people to associate your product with being malware??? And then there's the whole speed thing, who needs slower computing?
And I would really appreciate someone telling me how to uninstall this garbage from my computer. - 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 13649395, 8 年前Grammarly has slowed my PC. I wish to delete. How do I go about that?
