I've been using GroupLeads for about 3 months, and specifically to handle several FB Events. The tech support that Jamiu provides is unequaled. Although Jamiu primarily targets the Chrome browser, this Firefox version can't be beat. It is clean, efficient, and saves me HOURS of manual work and Zaps in data and group management. I highly recommend it. Worth very much more than the price. -- one more thing, I almost never write reviews, but this is so good that I felt compelled to let you know.

Worst customer experience ever, and literally for no good reason. I had a discount code, but was automatically charged the full price. Contacted Jamiu for help only to be given some made up excuse that "it was against policy" but you can't find it in the policy statement anywhere! Then I was ignored instead of properly taken care of. He'll reply and say I was a horrible customer and he doesn't want to deal with people like me, but I wasn't a horrible customer. He says it to make himself look better for and not letting me apply the discount that *he* agreed to. I was kind and polite and waited for 5 months to get this resolved. Then finally I was told I was going to get a refund and was sent a screenshot. That was over a month ago... I still do not have a refund and he refuses to help!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAMIU! It's a total nightmare!!!
