It still opens the save dialog for every pdf in the bundle. It also missed some, and at least one had some sort of error which prevented it from displaying in my default reader, the Edge browser. On the plus side, it gave the files better names than when downloading without the extension and created a directory structure for the bundle I was downloading.

The interface is user-friendly. At first, I thought something went wrong when I noticed the webpage was missing the usual download button, but a message in its place cleared things up.
Out of 200 files on a single bundle, only 2 files were 0B. In my case, the files in question downloaded correctly the first time then a second attempt was made to download but stopped at 0B. Oddly, Firefox did not report a second download for either file.
Overall, I highly recommend. NOTE: For people experiencing a pop up save box for each file, you need to go into Firefox settings and untick "Always ask you where to save files". This will fix it.
BUGS FOUND:
- If the item starts with a symbol such as a (, it fails to download.
- If you have 2 items labelled such as bob 2017 and the another item directly below called bob, it ignores the 2nd item. They must be checking using a LIKE statement rather than an exact method.
- Certain symbols seem to break downloads
- Endless downloading of the same file causing lots of (1), (2) filenames... usually 0 Byte files.
I appreciate all the work gone into this but it simply does not work correctly (Version 1.5.2). It could be awesome but it simply misses things.
I have about 70+bundles and it has failed to download all items in a bundle except maybe 5 very small bunldes. It misses things consistently. Even if you re-run the download, the same items are missed. The box that appears at the start shows the correct values (21 PDF, 21 EPUB...). However, if you actually look in the folder after it has finished and count the actual files downloaded, they'll always be ones missing. The last item seems to be a common culprit, but not always.
You can also see on the downloads page that it tries to download the same file multiple times. An example is the "Become a Linux Master by Packt". It detects 21 PDF's but downloads 20 PDF. You can see it has tried to download the same pdf twice. The situation is worse for large bundles. I think its failing (due to characters, names or something) on items then using the previous items value and ends up trying to download the same thing again.
Sorry, but I don't have time to go through every bundle file type to try work out what item has been missed by comparing it to the HumbleBundle page.
Hopefully the author can fix the issues or release the code on GitHub so others can take a look. If it worked as expected, definite 5 stars. There are other tools on GitHub but this one renames the files in a really nice manner.

It launches individual book downloads instead of bulking it, something does not work here as intended.
The Humble bundle site has always been dreadful to negotiate to re-download purchased content. I'm pleased to say that this extension manages the DL process smoothly. You do need to open the page for each bundle, but one click later and it's downloading. The option to DL all files or only particular extensions is very useful.
- 评分 1 / 5来自 houston92,2 年前useless. requires you to click on every individual bundle you have purchased instead of letting you mass download all files from your humble bundle library. saves no time whatsoever.
Thanks for this! Is it possible to integrate with IDM?
Edit: Also, downloading the new bundle Low Poly 3D, it seems to download the files twice and rename either the duplicate or original by appending (1) or (2) depending on how many there are.
The extra files being added are also 0B. "Corrupted" / no content zip downloads.

Concerning the bug, thanks for reporting it 👍 it's identified but must find time 🕰️ to correct it. Soon 😉
✨ Update : This should be fixed by now 🧹 (version 1.4.0)
@everyone, please contact me by email ✉️ to inform me and help me debug in such cases 🙏 - 评分 2 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 17428298,2 年前It used to work, but now it seemingly only downloads one book from each bundle and doesn't do anything else. I can't seem to get all my books to download like it used too so I can back them up to other drives...

✨ Update : It is fixed now 👍 (version 1.3.12)

The file renaming feature is what drives me crazy sometimes. It is based on what the developer thinks is good, but that is not necessarily what I want. It would be great if the file renaming feature can be optionally disabled. For me, I already have my own method of using the default file names as set by Humble Bundle, so I don't need someone else to screw that up. So please let the user optionally disable the file renaming feature. How hard would it be to implement that? I'm not asking for anything really fancy here. Until that disable option is made available, I am not using this add-on.
Edit: to clarify, one of the reasons why I choose to not have something else (like this add-on) rename files for me is because, by preserving the original file names, I can very easily verify that I already downloaded it by trying to re-download it with the browser set to prompt me. Using that method, the browser will also tell me if the file already exists in the download directory. If the file was renamed, this would not work and I would have to, instead, manually and visually compare the names of the downloaded files with the names on the download page, which can be very error-prone and much more time-consuming, especially if you have multiple books with similar titles (like in packs of comic books). Unlike other users, I do not blindly trust software like this add-on to be perfect all the time and not miss any book during the downloads. I also don't trust that it will always properly rename files, especially since it cannot control how HB constructs the original textual strings of the file names. So, if the add-on gave me the ability to disable file renaming, I can more easily verify that it did not miss books during downloads. Such a useful add-on, real quick and easy to download a whole bunch of files, and the formatting is so much better than the single word zip files Humble Bundle gives themselves.
Though when trying to download the recent 3D printer model bundle, I have noticed some files are getting missed. It appears to be any download link that doesn't have a direct creator link, so I'm assuming that's what the addon is looking for when downloading? It's a shame, since there are 35 downloads out of the 120 that didn't get picked up.

I have only purchased (and developed this Firefox extension with) book bundles.
If you encounter download problems, feel free to send me an email with the HTML code (+ screenshots) of the page that has failing downloads so I can fix that bug 🐛.
- open the bundle page
- open Firefox devtools ( F12 or CTRL + SHIFT + I)
- select (if not already) the Inspector
- in the Search HTML bar, type (or copy/paste) : download-rows (this will highlight the line containing all the bundles infos)
- right click on the HTML tag (that has a class "download-rows") > copy > Outer HTML
- paste it in a .txt file (it should start with - 评分 3 / 5来自 Alexander Nolting,3 年前Update:
Hello,
Sorry I am not fluent in German (even if the plugin is translated 🥳) and don't forget that I provide this peace of software for free, developed on my free time 😎 (3 stars is harsh 😕)
If you encounter download problems, feel free to send me an email in English with the HTML code (+ screenshots) of the page that has failing downloads so I can fix that bug 🐛.
Without the HTML code I cannot fix bugs...
Also be sure to use last versions of Firefox and this plugin 👍 - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 17071408,3 年前

I also improved the naming so it could includes special characters, here is an example of the new feature (in versions > 1.2.0):
before : C - 8-0 Pocket Reference.pdf
now : C# 8.0 Pocket Reference - O'Reilly.pdf
Better right ?
