Firefox seems to have a feature like this built in now, but thank you very much for your service for the last several months that I have been using this extension.

Lovely, but one small request: Could you also add a shortcut key for the menu item, e.g. by changing the string to "Open Image in New &Tab"?

best add on for my need, because I can set how (with or without focus) and where (next to my actual tab, or at the far end) so I can use it like i was used to it from Chrome. Nice!!!!!

I tried 6 or 7 add-ons, this is the only one, you can choose:
* Open tabs in background (don't focus newly opened tab)
* Open image next to current tab

Has the option to open images in a background tab (you *may* have to turn off "Open image next to current tab" to make it work).

So it's currently the best.

I tried the 4 add-ons with this same name, and this one's the best.
There are 3 features I care about:
-Open new image tab in background
-Open new tab next to current tab
-Options to toggle these features
None of the other 3 add-ons have options to toggle their features, and are either missing the two other features, or they come with a catch.
In the case of one add-on, you had to hold shift in order for the new tab to open in the background. In the case of another, it required access to all your data for all websites, I couldn't imagine why.
So basically, this is the only add-on that has these 3 small features with no bull.
