This add-on opts users out of Google's interest-based ads (IBA) on partnering websites, by setting the advertising cookie on doublclick.net domain to OPT_OUT in a sticky way, so the opt-out remains in effect even after user clears the browser's cookies.
The opt-out information stays in browser with the OPT_OUT cookie. This add-on does not share any other information about the user with Google or Google's partnering websites.
