In order to connect users together who are on the same webpage together, an encoded string based on the URL and title of the page that the user is on is sent to the server and used to connect to other users who are on the same page. This encoded string can not be decoded by the server to determine what webpage a user is on.

When connected to other users, mouse movement and chat messages are sent to uses who are connected via RTC data channels. This is a peer to peer connection. Mouse movement and chat messages are not sent to or made visible to Internet Friends.
