Fixed a bug that caused alternative greeting to have the character's avatar added as an inline image.

Actually fixed the bug now. The previous fix wasn't working reliably. Now, the studio won't randomly close and when the character actually changes, you will get a warning instead.

Added "Search and Replace" fields. These fields will search for words or phrases and replace them across all fields, description, scenario, first message, etc.

Some bug fixes:
* Opening a new tab should now show Creator Notes correctly.
* Switching to a new character should no longer display old tags/creator notes.
* Tags & Creator Notes edited/loaded in the floating UI propagate to the standalone studio and JSON/PNG exports.

Added creator notes field to metadata. Note that for this to work, you must visit the character's main page, first. If you paste the link to the chat directly, it will not work.
