I can never trust it to actually save an updated password, half the time I think it did, only to discover it didn't, or it would generate a new password for a site, but then silently generate another one and save that one in the vault instead, leaving you wondering why the new password you made for a website isn't working. And whatever they did to the interface made it so much worse from a user perspective.
But the final straw for me is random web-client-content-script errors I started getting whenever I would click certain buttons on websites. Took me hours to track it down to this extension.

Like a comment a few days ago, this add-on fails more often than it works these days. How is this a public company?

- 1. when you start to search and type in a few letters, it freeze
2. if you have a business account, and you want to link your personal account to it, it only works on one kinds of browser, aka, if you link it on Edge, it's not there in Firefox, if you link it on Firefox, it's not there in other browsers
3. support team is lack of knowledge and not very helpful and seems don't care, they just ask you to reinstall the addon or browser or reboot...
4. and in Firefox addon, if you are using personal account, you can not see one time passcode field! So you can't add MFA into it, while Edge addon can do. And the support team seems do not know why. - 评分 4 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 17746157， 16 天前
- 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 14134705， 17 天前I don't understand the first thing about this authenticater. LOGIN.GOV was telling me I had to have an authenticater as part of a 2 step verification process but I don't think I like it because I can't get it to work. I'm 78 btw.
