Created new tab in profile for toolkit settings, all settings will be found under there now.

- Removed an background script and reworked logic to avoid a lot of unnecessary code running and duplication (difference can only be seen using inspect window console).
- Refactored paginator history logic and added functionality to Label pages (e.g. Nuclear Blast, Century Media, etc.).

Added support for music label pages

Fixed bug where there would be an active tab selection found in the URL that doesn't match any tab in the page's HTML and try to click on nothing, causing the add-on the error out.
