Fixed problem with Todoist not syncing the tasks.

Fixes UV indexes always showing as zero in the weather widget.

- Fixed rounding in the weather widget. The UV index, humidity, and precipitation are displayed in a more user-friendly manner now.

Upgraded weather widget
The 3-hour forecast is now added and the current temperature is expanded with the weather forecast, UV index, and humidity. For more information, the widget opens weather.com the forecast website.

- Fix default background blinking. The user could have experienced a white to dark background switch in dark mode browsers while opening a new tab.

- Add compatibility with browsers in dark mode. The app will not burn your eyeballs while loading anymore.
- Fix the time zones in your to-do items. The due date should always be in your current time zone.

- Make the to-do list scrollbar background transparent. The scrollbar was distracting on the light-colored background pictures.
- Disable time and quick links on the first start. It's up to the users if they decide to enable these features.

- Add time formatting variants. The time can be either 12 or 24 hour
