- 评分 5 / 5来自 Manoj Baishya，5 年前I won't waste time by repeating all the benefits already pointed out by other reviewers here; but what I am going to add is that this addon has a BACKUP option that you can use to safely store all the bookmarks that you have painstakingly added one by one, so in the event of a data crash you can simply restore them (unlike another popular new tab page that shows quite fancy wallpapers but does not even allow backups! I had tons of bookmarks there but lost all of them and cannot get them back.)

Accessing the recently visited/most visited sites would require user permissions and handling of private user data. I am trying very hard to avoid handling private user date. So for the moment that is out of scope of the project. - 评分 5 / 5来自 smaragdus，5 年前I finally found the perfect speed dial extension and I gladly replaced Speed Dial 2 with nightTab as the latter is just superb- free, cross browser and open source, highly customizable (it offers an abundance of options) slick interface (many themes available), fluently working export/import, no privacy concerns and on top of that the developer is very helpful and responsive. In conclusion- nightTab is an exquisite extension which offers enough options to please the pickiest of users.

It's incredibly easy to configure and customize, and I love having my bookmarks off of the toolbar to reclaim even a little screen real estate. Pinning the nightTab tab so it's there every time I open the browser is great. Dev is super responsive on GitHub, and it took less than a week to get a suggestion implemented into the extension. I had self-hosted my own startpage for a while, but I keep coming back to this for now.

Why is it so hard for so many to understand basic, non-obtrusive design? This is simple, provides so much functionality and configurability without endless attempts at stealing my attention and assaulting me with stupid shit.
I wish the whole Internet would be like this.
