来自 Firefox 用户 17161057，3 年前Desktop app is great and perfect. The Firefox extension is abysmal. I've experienced almost all of the other 1 star ratings. The extension consistently (8 out of 10) fails to unlock when Firefox is started (even with the desktop app already running). Repeated clicks on the extension icon eventually yield "something went wrong, click restart the app". Sometimes the restart works and sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time I have to keep switching back to the desktop app to copy and paste user names and passwords. BTW Nordpass has not implemented a right click menu for copy/paste in the notes section and elsewhere; have to resort to CTRL-C and CTRL-V.
I have had a paid premium account for about a year. During that time there have been extensive communications with Nordpass's support group. It is pretty much always the same: "Uninstall, reinstall, send us the logs and we will let you know if we figure it out."
The problems persist. Shame, but it apparently isn't ready for prime time. If all you want is a desktop app, then this is a great product. If you want a Firefox extension, read all of the negative reviews and save your money and time.

- 评分 1 / 5来自 XvPunisheR007vX，1 天前Doesn't work on firefox, which is the browser i always use, i tested it out on chrome and it works, someone pressed the wrong button when updating the firefox extension, it says no passwords are saved. I hope this gets resolved asap.

The extension is so slow to load, and it often logs me out even when I select otherwise, and multiple times I have not been able to log in at all; just spinny wheel of death. When I try to get around the extension failure by using Norpass website instead, it redirects to app login, so I'm in limbo and unable to access any of my credentials. I have tried reinstalling extension, restarting browser, trying a different browser, restarting computer, turning off all other extensions, etc. Sometimes it works then. But so frustrating. Such a waste of time. Going back to a different password manager after this subscription ends.

There used to be two versions and now only one, it was never clear which to use, it appears neither works. It doesn't autofill, I have to login back in to it every time I want to use it. Junk, don't bother. I'm paying for the VPN and this so now I'll be looking elsewhere.
