发布于 2 个月前Hello. We are sorry for any displeasure caused. As NordVPN operates on a subscription basis, an account is needed to activate it. Nonetheless, you can always use a new email address if you do not wish to associate it with your real one. -N.F. - The Firefox plugin slowed my internet speed down by over 90%. And I could not eclipse triple digit (mbps) download speed on a gig plan.
I did everything that was suggested. Disabling HTTPS only mode, turning off DNS, and turning down my level of protection in terms of tracking protection. Same thing. Threat protection seems more like a gimmick than an actual feature for the extension.
I cannot even connect to a Speedtest because of a 'socket' connection despite being able to identify a server.
I am not sure what's going on, but I am not certain I'm going to stick around to find out if they fixed it.开发者回应

We would like to review your case and ensure that all necessary troubleshooting steps have been suggested to improve your connection speed. Thank you. -E.G. - The FireFox plugin doesn't allow you to use it if you do not allow their data collection. I tried to log in multiple times (rebooted computer, disabled and enabled plugin, reinstalled plugin). But every time the plugin refused to log me in and just showed the login button. It did always ask me to allow data collection and if not allowed, it simply does not let you use it. The VERY first time that I tried and allow data collection, surprise surprise... it just works. NOT cool NordVPN. I'll let my next months pass and not renew my subscription. Time to make the move to Mullvad after that.

- Full scam. Easy sign up, horrifically difficult and time consuming to get rid of. Jumped through all of the hoops, spent a lot of time. Never received a confirmation and our card was charged, yet again, on the next cycle. Had to close the card to get rid of NordVPN.
Worse, NordVPN gets you away from Google spyware but then mishandles your data internally.开发者回应

Do not hesitate to contact our customer support team whenever you experience any issues with our VPN app. Our customer support team is online 24/7 at support.nordvpn.com. -D.I- Приложение требует регистрацию, проходишь по ссылке для регистрации, там окно "Вы заблокированы". И так несколько раз. Приложение устанавливаю впервые, так что причин отхватить бан нет. Что ж, удаляю и ставлю единицу за потрясающий сервис.
P.S. Попыталась вернуться к этому приложению, не открывается ни та страница, что должна открываться при нажатии кнопки Log in, ни nord-help.net.开发者回应
