You may reach our team out at support.nordvpn.com.- Add on is great, no slow downs. This extension is good for simple (private, ad free)browsing. When I'm doing peer 2 peer or need to protect my network, I use the real app. Note: the real app not the extension, leaks IP on Windows XP, even after months of customer support. Works amazing on Windows 10 though.
