Support Bot at support.nord-help.net does not have a option for firefox addon.开发者回应
发布于 4 年前Hello! Please do try to reinstall the NordVPN extension as well as clear the cache of your browser to check whether the issue persists. In case it does, you may choose General category whilst accessing our chat support and our team will surely assist to guide you through it. -Neo - Needs improvement. Favorite countries could be added.
Sometimes the complete list of countries does not show up, you have to logout and login again to see the whole list but somehow countries from recent connections work. So, a simple favorites list which is kept locally will do a lot more than recent connections.
edt: Once more, I propose adding favorite countries/servers to prevent deleting cache, cookies or logging in-out everytime that error occurs.开发者回应

NordVPN extension 2.21 is becoming what many of us want to avoid on the internet. During login it digs around inside browser and throws a captcha page. It is broken in browsers modified to limit this sort of negative behaviour. From a privacy and security company the behaviour of this extension is surprising and disappointing. Earlier version 2.17 behaves in expected and acceptable manner... it connects proxy and nothing more.
EDIT: Nonsense response from the developer. Classic deflect and distract to draw attention away from real issues. People need to understand this extension is heading in the direction of data miners and spyware.开发者回应

I like the idea of Nordvpn as a solution but the recent update on the addon has included a recaptha, just to make the experience of having to login at every occasion even more sucky!!.. why the addon cannot remember the user is a human?.. fix it - don't just suggest reinstall.
Expect better from "the world’s #1 VPN".. the Linux experience is not as good as could be.开发者回应
