To make matters worse, even news sites, appear to render better in chrome/chromium based browsers. It's kind of sad that chrome has become the new Internet explorer. Rant over. Using ungoogled chromium currently and there are times when I am forced to use a chromium based browser. At times like these, an addon like this is a Godsend. Installed this addon, then the Node JS native client (as per the instructions, I am on Windows), then configured the path to the chromium executable in the addon (for me, it is: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application\chrome.exe). Works perfectly. Perhaps some would not like to download an extra app/script (the Node JS native client) since it would appear to be suspicious. You always have the option to scan the zip file with an antivirus scanner of your choice:) or better still hop over to github and check out the source code of this addon and stuff, if you are into that kind of thing (disclaimer: I am no software professional but the instructions to install the "3rd party stuff" (AKA NodeJS native client) are very straight forward). Once again, thank you for creating this addon. Peace and out.

I like how it automatically opens the browser when I go to my desired website, which is exactly what I was hoping it would do. Now I can finally watch YouTube in HDR, and use Google Maps without GPU artifacts. I don't understand why some people are hating because you have to install an app for this to work. Github is not a "suspicious unknown source". Give me a break. It's freakin' GITHUB! Check the source code if you're scared. Thank you for making this extension!
