Exactly what I needed. This developer is something of a goldmine for add-ons that solve a lot of my gripes with Firefox. Check out their catalogue. Just wish they published code to Github or similar.

When one "go back" from the clicked link, the extension forget to apply itself and links open in new tab again. The extension re-enable itself if I reload the page, but as not all webpages is suitable for such reload, this extension is partially broken.

If you click on a Toolbar bookmark, it still opens in a new tab.
