You can now choose which context menus you want Open With to appear on, and you can assign keyboard shortcuts to browsers.
Open With now asks permission to "Download files and read and modify the browser's download history". This is used only to help you install the extra file needed for Open With to run. No reading or modifying of the download history occurs!
