Bug fix: show login form on Read Later command when user not logged-in to Pinboard

- Added support for keyboard shortcuts
- Firefox 60+ is now required for this extension

Fixed a bug. The Preferences page now also works in Private mode.

Preferences are now kept in local storage. Different computers (home vs. work) often have different usage patterns and it didn't make sense to sync the preferences between devices.

There is a new setting for optionally hiding the tag list in the Add Link pop-up. (Implemented by Armen Abrahamian - https://github.com/armen52)

- Saving links to Pinboard now also works directly from Reader mode. Due to a limitation of the Firefox extension API, when saving a URL in Reader mode, the Description cannot be pre-filled with the selected text from the page.

Adrian Simmons (adrinux) added links to tab sets and unread bookmark pages in the toolbar button menu. Thanks, Adrian!

If any text in the page is selected, the description box will now be auto-filled with that text.

Bumped version number for compatibility with Firefox versioning scheme. No functional changes.

Added the “Save tab set” feature. Due to a Firefox limitation, it doesn’t work in Private mode, but triggering the operation from normal mode will allow saving tab sets from private windows.

Use link text as title when saving to read later from context menu.

Fixes and hacks to make the extension work in Private Browsing mode.
