- 评分 5 / 5来自 Mirek，6 年前For anyone missing ALWAYS ON TOP feature. There is small utility which I run automatically with Windows startup. Hitting CTRL+SPACE will make any window to be ALWAYS ON TOP. It is useful not only for video popup but also if I need Excel, terminal or anything to be always on my screen. Download here, no install needed:

This one works flawlessly, and the setting to chose pop-out video size makes it better than anything I tried so far. The only thing that can get better is the icon used, but this is nitpicking.
