来自 Firefox 用户 17198077， 2 个月前This software is buggy. It takes several steps to generate a pdf. More often than not, it locks up, thinks that I am not human and refuses to print anything. This application requires a lot of technical fixes behind the scenes, and it needs a simpler, ONE STEP interface, not going through multiple screens to print a BNI podcast. Downloading the app did not help. The pages that show up are cluttered, and not as cleaned as they claim.

I don't want to contact your support team. I didn't want to install an add-on. I don't want to reinstall. I just wanted to save an article so I could read it later. But to do that, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops. Just forget it.
