1. For the unrecognized OTP items, can you let us know if you have multiple 2FAs configured for these platforms? Can you check if the same 6-digit codes are being generated in both Bitwarden and Proton Pass?
2. The extension / app not letting you save edits: Could you detail the exact steps on how to reproduce this behavior so we can investigate further on our end?
3. Login masks - could you elaborate on what you're referring to here?
4. We're working on improving this behavior. For the time being, if a login item hasn't been saved when you're automatically generating credentials during a sign-up, you can find the generated email alias as a separate item in the extension, and you can view generated passwords from the past 24 hours in Password history (Open the extension → + → Password → Password history).

6. We're going to work on keyboard shortcut support in future updates, but we don't have a timeline to promise in this regard at the present moment.
