I can't get through the set-up process, the chat option for help doesn't work, and now no streaming service will work. Essentially this seems to be a take-the-money-and-run, screw-the-customer operation that doesn't even provide assistance or any way to get your money back.

Very buggy add-on: as soon as setting it up (e.g. turn on the Bypass Proxy feature), the pugin always open on the Advanced Settings page, doesn't connect anymore when clicking a country from the server selection page but jumps back to the Advanced Settings page, and when hitting the back arrow to finally come back to the server selection page again, the connection is clunky at best for 2 minutes before cutting you from the internet entirely.

Simply doesn't work most of the time - neither the extension nor the app. Extremely annoying.

Faster than NordVPN. I can use it across several of my devices(android phone, tablet,laptop). I can even run it from my ubuntu box from the command line(CLI). It has helped me gain access to websites that I normally could not. Ive never experienced slower speeds AND its helped maintain my privacy. Also down load a user agent switcher. This will help you as well. Ive been a user for 4+ years. Just renewed service. BUT I just recieved a copyright strike. Dont know what happened. I always check my iplocation and verify that my purevpn is active.having to down grade my rating to 1 star. Whats a vpn good for if not to prevent these copyright strikes ?
