    The app for windows works very well and has been continually improved over the last few years I have been using it. They have also added an addon for firefox and Chrome which works well for accessing Netflix in other countries.

    I got problem when connect on my windows. The technical support Harvey is working hard to help. We tried several ways at first but not working. Finally, we solved by using chrome extension. Thanks guys!

    Ethan helped me to set the app as the chrome extension was very slow. He lead me through what to do and answered all my dumb questions.

    Had some issues around how to enter my credentials and also some disconnects when using Google Meet in a firefox browser but they solved it fast.

    I use PureVPN on all of my devices and it always works perfectly.
    I went through other paid for VPN services that continually dropped or slowed down my connection and I haven't had a single issue with PureVPN & I highly recommend it as the best provider out there
