Works great. Any plans for making an option for things I redact stay redacted? When you refresh it, the things you redact disappear or have a list of words to redact? I'd love to have a feature like that :D

That's a great idea!
I will definitely look into that, but I have to be honest and say that life is getting a bit in the way currently. So I can't make any promises on this yet. I have written it down and hope to add this option somewhere in the future.
