If you don't have notification sounds you can select one in the extension settings or install Notification Sound addon.

Authorization
Authorization is optional and is requried only for checking private mail.

Can't authorize the extension
Firefox Containers or Temporary Containers extensions could break OAuth2 authorization. You can disable them temporary and then enable again after authorization. Read more.
