来自 Firefox 用户 13975291， 7 年前Lost master password and locked account. Customer Service was REALLY bad with no feedback! took weeks to find out my account was unlocked because they never told me they had unlocked it and I couldn't get in to check!

- 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 14181363， 24 天前I was unable to get Roboform to show up on the toolbar like it used to so I gave their support a call and they helped me right away. If this happens to you they told me to reboot and then click in the puzzle piece and select Pin to Toolbar. I had done that but that option did not show up. The reboot must have taken care of it.
