来自 PapaWhisky， 2 年前I've used RoboForm almost since inception. It now no longer works at all in Firefox. The icon is greyed out--and removing and reinstalling does not work. Unable to find a fix as of yet. I rely on this daily and this is disappointing--no changes/updates to Firefox were made when it stopped working.

- I have been having problems with the import feature. I imported my passwords from a previous PW Keeper software but the import and sync has been troublesome. Often the import truncates the website and only provides me with the "login" and a numerical number which only confuses the attempt to login to websites.
