Everyone who has problems I suggest to ask support or consider help or google. I´m using roboform over ten years, never want to work without. Updateintervall is very good, you can customize many things that caused bad reviews here.

I've been using roboform for over 10 years. Now could not live without it. It's more than passwords. I use for notes and bookmarks too. Plus it's always available because you can install on all devices. And, if your away from your devices, you can just log into rb.c o m and you have access to all your pass, notes, and bookmarks.

Plus, much much more... share pass folders with familey, multiple sets of identities i.e. personal - work - spam.

It's a must have app for me to be productive.

RoboForm always has my passwords and takes me immediately to my saved website with one click.

Recommended years ago by Kim Komando, so long time user. Most useful app on my compurer.

I am able to store multiple passwords without having to remember each one. I like the way the program will generate a password, also.

Works over multiple platforms along with mobile devices. Takes a little getting used to but but well worth the effort. What I like about this product is the fact that they are continuously updating it.

Great Password saver

I use RoboForm during almost 10 years. I tried other applications also, but couldn't find any to be compared with RoboForm. This one is really a user-friendly product. This is because it is a well thought out application. Those who created RoboForm could guess possible moves of a client. There is human logic in this application, which is not often to be met in software products. After having used RoboForm for a while one feels irritated by the unfinished procedures contained in other products. RoboForm offers you a full set of services you expect from a passwords-managing application: logins, text safe-notes, contacts, identities, password generating. After having used the sync function you will not part with RoboForm. I use this application on 3 Pcs, iPad, 5 smart phones. Mobile versions are really developed for phones with small screens. RoboForm icon appears when and where it is needed now. You'll really enjoy to remember only one master-password and let RoboForm remember other 900 passwords (as I do). What is important, my RoboForm never failed during these almost 10 years. What is also important, even a child can use this application, so simple it is. Sometimes I'm afraid what happens to me if RoboForm ceases to exist. Yours, Valery
