Besides, when I try to swap bitcoin to usdt with MEXC, it occurs " -26: dust" , and the status is always ongoing about 1 hour.

For now, SafePal doesn't support exporting Private Key via Extension wallet, we have feedback to our dev team to see if we can support it in the future. And you can export Private Key from SafePal App to solve this first.
