Save Page WE does not store browsed URLs, other than in the saved page.

When using the 'Save Listed URLs' feature, the list of URLs is stored in local storage.

If the 'Send referer header with origin only' option is enabled, the frame origin is sent to the web server when fetching a resource.

If the 'Send referer header with origin and path' option is enabled, the frame origin and frame path are sent to the web server when fetching a resource. Note, the frame path is not sent when saving in a private window.
