New button to Copy the image to the Clipboard in PNG format. Permission needs to be enabled on the Add-ons page. Also fixed a button where the bar kept showing automatically on stand-alone images even when you turned it off.

Added "Request as IE 11" as a menu item action. Fixed bug causing the bar not to display on stand-alone images opened in a background tab. If you do NOT want the bar to auto-open, click the gear button and uncheck the box for that option.
