Properly escaped $ in scilympiad introduction or conclusion

Many bug fixes
- $' no longer breaks the template version
- tables generate properly in text block questions
- text block questions as a whole generate more correctly
- figures are no longer used, forcing images into the correct locations
- quotes (" ') are no longer mistakenly escaped
- scilympiad conclusion and introduction appear properly
- font size works correctly
- brackets ([]) are no longer mistakenly escaped
- underscores (_) and multiple spaces are now converted to underlined hspace and hspace respectively
