It does NOT throttle your download speed, (unlike Browsec), and the daily download limit is about 2.5 GB, which is pretty generous for a free vpn. I haven't read the privacy policy terms so there could be issues there. The choice of countries is a bit surprising and IP checks don't seem to match with countries listed. That aside for a fast & free vpn with good/decent download allowances this is my #1 choice. Hoxx is a close #2. (They have better locations but a much smaller download allowance).

- SetupVPN claims to offer “unlimited” access and “completely free for everyone.” Reality? You get 5 countries and 30 minutes per session — then you’re kicked off and need to reconnect manually. Yes, technically it's unlimited… if you have the patience of a monk.
It's like giving someone free pizza — one slice every half hour. Thanks, but no thanks.
