    Great way to skip sponsors, open source, actually has an active community, intrusive. It's just great.

    I love this addon, I hate sponsor segments and it was to the point that I started to unsubscribe from certain channels with more obnoxious segments, this is a great addition to my short-list of must haves.

    I have to say, the collection of data is a concern, but I suppose since the sponsored segment times come from user submissions, the data collection is a must, to deter and stop bad-actors from submitting wrong data.

    I see it as a necessary evil.

    5 stars for quality addon, source code and clear and understandable privacy policy.

    This should be part of the "Recommended" addons by Firefox.

    I think we'll reach 5k downloads pretty soon (That is the minimum to apply).

    I want to add a local database that will be used for older videos (since they don't need the same real-time updating), but there are still a lot of quirks I need to figure out before doing that (updating votes and making the server be able to send out that much data at once).

    Check the options if you want to disable the skip counting :)

    If there was a way to see what videos has ads before clicking on it, then that would be dope!

    Edit: I think it would be a neat feature, even if it's disabled by default and you could turn it on. That way it saves me the hassle of searching for videos, that don't have any advertisements and I could easily mark the ads on videos. mirror176 explained it very well on Github.
    The 4 stars, because it's still in developement, I guess :D

    That would be interesting, but I think it would clutter too much. Follow the issue here though: https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/issues/42

    Any reason for the 4 star vs 5?
