This extension doesn't seem to do regex rules, but match patterns and wildcards that still fit with my use case, which is a rarity, so thank you for making this extension! I would like to suggest a way to ignore tabs that are playing audio in case one is using PIP instead of focusing on the actual video itself at the moment.
