Sorry to hear you've found it confusing. You can see the bookmarks created by Tab Stash in the "Tab Stash" folder under "Other Bookmarks". (You're also free to move the "Tab Stash" folder to someplace else that you're more likely to find, so long as it keeps the name "Tab Stash".) Hope this helps!
